What's new for 2023
January in our region of western Pennsylvania typically presents cold weather, cloudy skies and what seems like a constant mix of rain, sleet or snow. With such a dreary forecast, we are lucky to always have new things happening at the beginning of the year to keep our outlook bright.
For us, January is a time of fresh starts, refocused energy, new ideas and excitement for what is in store for the year. Here is just a quick snapshot of what is new at Keystone Ridge Designs for 2023.
2023 Digital Catalog
Responding to the requests of our clients for fewer printed materials and to support greener company initiatives, our catalog is 100% digital! The Keystone Ridge Designs Digital Catalog and Inspiration Book is a great resource to fuel your design visions. Available in an interactive flipbook format, this catalog offers colorful displays of our latest and top-selling products. Showcasing installations across a broad range of landscapes, seasons and property types, every page offers something to inspire outdoor design. Each image you see throughout the catalog links to the product page on our website for more information. As always, for a complete offering of our products and current pricing, browse our full website.
Wilmington Picnic Table
On pages 6-7 of our new catalog, you will find our latest product launch. New for 2023 is the Wilmington Picnic Table. The Wilmington evokes a modern farmhouse vibe with the simple elegance of a U-frame design and the visual interest of our proprietary wood-grain KeyshieldArtTM aluminum slats. It comes in a variety of realistic wood tones and offers superior outdoor durability. Choose from 4ft, 6ft and 8ft options and consider customizations for ADA accessibility.
Weathered Gray Finish
Speaking of KeyshieldArtTM wood-grain, the Wilmington is showcased with our latest wood-alternative color on the slats of the seat and table top - Weathered Gray. This new finish has been added to our standard offerings for wood-grain aluminum for 2023. Like all of our wood-grain finishes, this unique option offers the look of wood with the durability of powder coated metal. Weathered Gray mimics the beautiful tones and textures of weathered clapboards that have faded to a natural patina and offers a cooler contrast to our other warmer tones like Cherry Flame and Antique Oak. Add a rustic appeal to your site furnishings with KeyshieldArtTM wood-grain aluminum in Weathered Gray.
This new color is already proving popular among designers and dogs alike. :)
Bessemer Litter Receptacle
As another example of when custom becomes standard, our Bessemer litter receptacle came about from frequent customization requests for a round trash can with a side opening. With openings on both sides for easy-access trash disposal and a door for more convenient emptying, the Bessemer receptacle is a great solution for property management. The flat top is ideal for food court tray storage but can also be customized with a dome if needed. Its simple, straight lines perfectly complement the existing bench in the Bessemer series.
Purchasing Contracts
Keeping our clients needs in focus, we are constantly researching and surveying what types of purchasing procedures are popular or even necessary for certain agencies. National purchasing cooperatives and government contracts offer streamlined efficiencies and competitively-bid pricing to many of our clients and public entities. To that extent, over the past year, we have been awarded two such contracts that offer additional purchasing options for qualifying agencies: TIPS and NCPA. As we start a new year, we are up and running with both of these contracts to better serve the public sector. Check out all of our state and national contracts to see if one is right for you.
Behind the Scenes News
When talking about what is new, it is not always something that is broadcast on our social media pages or advertised in our latest catalog. It is often what is going on behind the scenes that has the most impact. Amid the tumultuous challenges of labor shortages, supply chain setbacks, material cost increases and shipping delays of the past few years, we have remained vigilant as we seek ways to improve our processes and operations. We take hard looks at data, form strategic partnerships, hire the right people, install new systems and equipment, and eagerly look for other ways to continuously improve.
Going forward in 2023, we will not be complacent. We will pivot as needed. We will innovate. We will push the boundaries of the way things have always been done. We continue to build and uphold our reputation of high-quality, American-made site furnishings with time-tested value and we support our clients every step of the way with excellent customer service. We look forward to a great year of doing exactly that.
Throughout the remaining cloudy days of winter, we hope all of our clients and partners find a similar bright outlook in 2023.
