From What Materials Are Your Products Manufactured?

Keystone Ridge Designs’ line of outdoor steel furniture is fabricated with steel tubing, bar and other complementary steel and aluminum components all including varying percentages of recycled content. In addition, this product line receives the trademarked Keyshield® finish that guarantees our three-year warranty. Additional product options and customizations can include Ipe hardwood, recycled plastic, aluminum, or stainless steel.

What Is The Product Warranty?

Keystone Ridge Designs covers all products against material and workmanship defects for three years from the date of shipment. To apply for the three-year warranty, products must be installed according to the manufacturer’s recommendations. Wood table/seat tops, fiberglass planters, rattan furniture, gypsum planters and other products (as noted) are guaranteed for indoor use only.

What Determines Your Lead Time?

All of our outdoor furnishings are built by hand and made-to-order, especially for you! Through efficient production and scheduling, Keystone Ridge Designs gives individual attention to every piece we create - from raw materials, to welding, to the trademarked powder coating process. Focusing on the details allows Keystone Ridge Designs to craft a high-quality, original product that stands the test of time. Delivery dates are estimated dates only and vary dependent on the current production schedule, but are usually estimated for 8-12 weeks. Final ship date notification will be coordinated through our Client Services.

Why do I have to register as a user to gain access to your drawings?

To protect our proprietary and patented designs, we require a registration process to ensure that the primary users have genuine interest and honest intent with our product information. We collect basic data to help us understand how our website is being used, what information is most important and who is most often served by our site. At no time will Keystone Ridge Designs knowingly sell or distribute any of this information, but we will use the data to continuously improve and customize the user experience.

Why Is Payment In Full Required Before Shipping A Purchase?

Keystone Ridge Designs is a continuously growing company that prides itself on integrity. A signed quotation is our contract with you. Our standard policy requires all of our clients to meet our terms of 50% deposit with the balance due prior to the products shipping. These terms are enforced to ensure proficient production scheduling, product quality control and efficient cash flow. By maintaining these efficiencies and limiting our accounts receivable collection issues, we are able to keep our prices competitive in the marketplace and provide you with the utmost value for your purchase.

How Do I Confirm The Ship Date Of My Purchase?

Upon order activation, an estimated ship date will be assigned and we will send a Sales Order confirmation to the purchasing agent’s attention. In addition, trained expert consultants are available during regular business hours to assist with any questions you may have.

What Determines the Freight and Packaging Costs?

Keystone Ridge Designs carefully packages all of our outdoor furnishings to ensure they arrive in the best condition possible. We use highly effective procedures and a strict set of guidelines to make certain our product integrity and quality is preserved on the bumpy road to any destination. In combination, rates are negotiated with trucking companies to offer the best price available while providing quality shipping service.

What If Products Arrive Damaged?

First off, don’t panic. Products should be carefully examined for any damages incurred during the shipping process before the bill of lading is signed and the freight company leaves the delivery site. However, if there is an issue with the trucking company, Keystone Ridge Designs will file the claim for you. We are committed to ensuring product satisfaction and therefore request immediate notification of any damages in order to take proper corrective action.

What Routine Product Care Is Required?

Keystone Ridge Designs’ outdoor furnishings are designed and manufactured for ease of use, commercial application and limited maintenance. Made to withstand the elements, a simple spray with a hose or wipe with soap and water will clean off dust or minor markings. In addition, the occasional use of a light buffing cream will enhance the powder coat luster.
