Our Partnership
Based off of a long-standing relationship of providing site furniture to various Kimco properties, Keystone Ridge Designs and Kimco Realty have partnered to offer a pre-determined set of popular furnishings from Keystone Ridge Designs to the entire portfolio of Kimco properties. Prices have been exclusively negotiated to provide the best value available and a convenient ordering process has been put into place to support the ongoing partnership.
The Order Process
This online portal has been created to streamline the site furniture ordering process. Once you receive login credentials, you can login through this page. If you do not currently have login credentials, please contact 800-284-8208 to request access to the system. Upon login, simply follow the instructions to select your products, choose options and submit your quote request. Once the quote request is submitted through the system, a sales representative will follow up to confirm any final details and to provide an adjusted quote with accurate freight pricing. After sign-off is received on the final quotation, a confirmation and invoice will be generated and your order will go into production.
